We process your personal data only for specified, legitimate purposes, including:

  • Providing legal consultation, compliance, arbitration, and related services
  • Matching you with verified lawyers
  • Processing payments and issuing invoices
  • Communicating with you (support, updates, appointments)
  • Improving Platform features and user experience
  • Complying with legal obligations (e.g., KYC, tax laws, court orders)
  • Preventing fraud, abuse, or security incidents

We do not process your data for purposes incompatible with those disclosed to you.

We obtain your free, specific, informed, unconditional, and unambiguous consent before processing your personal data (except for legitimate uses permitted under the DPDP Act, such as voluntary provision of data or legal compliance).

Consent is obtained via clear affirmative action (e.g., checking a box, clicking "I Agree"). You can withdraw consent at any time with the same ease — withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing.

Your data may be processed outside India (e.g., on cloud servers). We ensure adequate safeguards for such transfers in compliance with applicable laws.
